Leadership and Systems: By the end of the first semester of the 2025-26 school year, 100% of school leaders and staff will implement proactive, evidence-based strategies (such as positive behavior supports, restorative practices, and social-emotional learning routines) to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging school climate. Progress will be measured by a 3% increase in students reporting a sense of belonging and safety on the school climate survey (from 65% to 68%), and a 5% reduction in office discipline referrals compared to the same period in 2024-25.
ELA: By the end of the first semester of the 2025-26 school year, 100% of classroom teachers will implement ELA instruction aligned to grade-level standards, as evidenced by lesson plans, PLC meeting notes, administrative walkthroughs showing that lessons, activities, and assessments directly target grade-level expectations.
Math: By the end of the first semester of the 2025-26 school year, 100% of math teachers will implement grade-level, standards-aligned lessons using at least two Building Thinking Classrooms (BTC) strategies within the MLSS framework, as evidenced by administrative walkthroughs, lesson plans, and PLC reflections.
