All 3rd, 4th and 5th graders have the opportunity to show what they know. State testing will occur next week on Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday, April 20. Please make arrangements for your child to be at school and on time. Have them get plenty of rest each night before. Electronic devices to include cell phones, smartwatches etc. will be stored in backpacks etc. If your child does not need these devices - please keep them at home for test days! Prizes for perfect attendance on test days! Encourage your child to do his/her best.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERs to load our recycling and take it to a recycling drop off each week. In the US, every year 22 million tons of recyclables go to landfills, become litter, and pollute our waters. Recycling protects resources from depletion, allows communities to manage the amount of trash they have to handle, and protects the environment by saving water and greenhouse gases. We have 10 blue bins that we fill up each week - we can load them in a truck and then you can return them empty. Please call 832-5760 if you are interested in helping. It would be appreciated! This Upcoming Week is Read Across America Week! This is a great opportunity to share, celebrate and enjoy books with our children.
