This Upcoming Week is Read Across America Week! This is a great opportunity to share, celebrate and enjoy books with our children. We decided that the MESD's theme would be "Adventure Awaits: Book Your Trip!" 1) This is a fun week. Route 66 1st Semester Awards Assembly - February 25, 2022 - It will be virutal - here is the link - http://meet.google.com/amf-ojqf-skz . K-2 will be at 9:00 and 3-5 will be at 9:45ish. Route 66 Elementary is sending home progress reports on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Please review them with your child and return them signed. If you are in quarantine - teachers will email reports. VAL students - look for progress reports in the mail. We will be having Parent Teacher Conferences on February 18 - look for sign up from your teachers! Goooo Roadrunners!
Rt 66 will be participating in MESD Read Aloud Event on February 2, 2022. Students will meet with authors virtually around the world. It is pajama day - a day of curling up and reading, reading and reading! Goooo Roadrunners!
MHS, EMS, and MMS choirs sounded amazing under the stars last night during their Fall concert. Congratulations on a job well done!
